Iconic Nyonya dishes have been transformed into delicious accompaniments for cheese, featuring Nasi Ulam Crackers (using Makrut lime leaves), Sun-dried Tomato Assam Toasts and a local favourite, Hae Bee Chilli Jam. All handmade in small batches.
Explore the combination of these Nyonya flavours with creamy and decadent cheeses. The platter also makes a great conversation starter at any gatherings.
