Cheese & Liqueur Workshop with Distillius
Discover the world of botanical liqueurs and syrups, and the cheeses that bring out their best.
Join us at The Cheese Shop River Valley for a session with Distillius, a Singapore-born craft distillery founded by Philibert Gandy. Distillius turns local flavour into small-batch spirits, botanical liqueurs and artisanal syrups, using ingredients like pandan, galangal, torch flower, calamansi and even white pepper.
You'll taste five cheeses alongside four botanical liqueurs and one syrup, exploring how the flavour notes play off each other, and finding the pairings that give you goosebumps.
You're in for an unexpected flavour explosion.
Each ticket includes:
- Four botanical liqueurs
- One artisanal syrup
- A mini cheese platter with five carefully selected cheeses

Cancellation policy:
1. You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between 24-48 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the event may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
