Making this cheese was no easy task, particularly finding the right blend of the different types of milk. After much trial and error, this Triplerousse d'Argental is made with a blend of cow‘s milk and a minimum of 15% sheept‘s milk and 12% goat‘s milk, with a very fine thin reddish rind.
Triplerousse d'Argental has a creamy, almost spreadable texture and an inimitable, slightly acidic taste, with hints of goats, softened by the goat‘s milk.
