Cheese doesn't need to be serious and strong to be tasty, as this cheese shows.
When we first saw this cheese, it immediately reminded us of a local favourite, kueh lapis. Hence the name we gave it, Cheese Lapis. A blend of Sage Derby, Red Leicester and Cheddar, try each layer individually or combine the flavours in a single, generous mouthful. All the cheeses are generally mild with subtle milky flavours, which makes it a great cheese for beginners!
Either way, it is sure to be a talking point for your cheese board.
