La Tur is a super creamy, soft Italian cheese made from a mix of cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk. Much like Brie and Camembert, La Tur falls into the category of soft-ripened cheeses, with an edible rind created by a 'bloom' of good bacteria. Unlike the pungent mushroomy flavours found in our Brie de Meaux, this delicate Italian creation has a lightly earthy, yeasty flavour, with a slight tang from the goat's milk. Full on flavour - but not unbearably pungent! By the way... did we mention that they come in these adorable, little cupcake-sized wheels? How cute is that?!
