Much like wine, each beer is a unique reflection of time and place.
If you're a curious drinker, join us for an evening of exploration with Temple Cellars, a local bottle shop dedicated to small, independent drink producers from around the world.
Your ticket includes a guided tasting of five wild beers (one pour each), expertly selected by the Temple Cellars team, featuring brews from Wildflower Brewing (NSW, Australia) and Crossover Blendery (Hertfordshire, UK). About Wildflower Brewing
Wildflower was co-founded in 2016 by brothers-in-law Topher Boehm and Chris Allen.
Made a little differently, their beers have been fermented with a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from flowers native to NSW... hence the name. Their practice has developed over time and so has their relationships with local regenerative growers of grain, hops and fruit, who they celebrate their agriculturally focused fermented ales with.
About Crossover Blendery
Crossover Blendery is a Hertfordshire based spontaneous beer producer founded by Charlie Wood and George Stagg.
Their focus is on producing 100% spontaneously fermented beers aged in old French Oak barrels made with high-quality British ingredients with a provenance. Farmers and growers are worked with directly, and an effort is made to source as close to the Blendery as possible.
They brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer they make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world. These beers are incredibly small-batch, seasonal and unique. Exciting stuff.
