Colossal Greek Green Olives hand stuffed with a clove of steamed Garlic in Light Brine & Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Rather good.
First we take a decent sized green olive, take the stone out and then cram the hole with the fattest piece of steamed garlic we can find… Even better, it’s all done by hand – occasionally the garlic might pop out but we’re sure you won’t mind fishing about and shoving it back in again… In light brine with a little olive oil to coat.
