Maly Princ, translated as Little Prince comes from the producer Eniquem located in western Slovakia, where the milk comes from cows grazing on the fertile grass of the Žitava River Plain. A young hard cheese, it is only aged for four months, however the Maly Princ has many layers of nuanced flavours: butterscotch and white chocolate. It also boasts a craggly texture, akin to Parmigiano Reggiano.
