The Green Pitted Giant Olives grow in the Chalkidiki peninsula, in Greece. These olives are quite large, at over two centimetres in diameter. Their crunchy, succulent and meaty flesh is suitable for destoning. The sun-kissed soil and Mediterranean breeze add a savoury flavour and delicate and fruity aroma as they grow, turning them into a rare superior quality product.
It follow a simple recipe: just olives and salt with no added preservatives. A method of preservation that enhances their firm flesh and bold flavour.
