Coeur Fleuri - which means flower heart in French - is a pasteruized soft sheep's milk from Aveyron in southern France. Wild flowers and herbs coating this delicate beauty are harvested from the same fields the sheeps graze on, which includes cornflowers, roses and calendula. Coeur Fleuri has a smooth jammy texture with notes of hay, flower and honey.
