Flaky Brie with Cranberries Pockets

Makes 10-15 pieces

Ingredients: 

  • 200g Brie de Meaux 
  • Cottage Delight Classic Cranberry Sauce 
  • Store Bought Puff Pastry 
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven at 160C. Slice up puff pastry into 6cm squares, which will be the top and bottom layer of each pocket.
  2. Place a dollop of cranberry sauce in the middle of one pastry square.
  3. Then, fit as much brie as you can above the sauce. (Hint: the more the better) 
  4. Brush the sides of the pastry square and top it with another piece of pastry square. Crimp the sides with a fork..
  5. Brush egg wash on the surface for a nice golden brown colour once it's baked.
  6. Bake in oven for 8 min or until golden brown.
