Gubbeen is a wash rind cheese aged for eight weeks and made with pasteurised cow’s milk by the Fergusson Family in West Cork, Ireland. The milk used comes from the family's own herd of dairy cows.
This cheese has pungent nutty and beefy flavours with notes of mushroom. A flavourful treat for anyone who enjoys other washed rind cheeses such as Epoisses and Taleggio.
