Godminster is an award-winning organic cheddar, handmade using organic cow's milk from their farm outside of Burton, Somerset. Their new product, Godminster Cheddar with Truffle is a perfect balance of cheddar and truffle. The cheddar is both sharp and creamy, a rare combination, and stands well with the strong, mushroomy flavours of truffle.
