Say hello to Cerclé du Gévaudan - a seriously good cheese that's totally worth getting excited about.

This beauty comes from Languedoc in southern France, made from raw sheep's milk from Lacaune sheep on a farm in Lozère. Yeah, it's got that fancy French pedigree, but don't let that intimidate you – it's just really, really delicious.

What's it taste like?
When it's young, you get this lovely creamy, tangy flavour that's super approachable. Give it some time to age, and things get interesting - you'll start picking up spicy and woody notes that make it way more complex. But here's the best part: that gloriously melty texture that makes you want to grab a spoon and just go for it.

Perfect for spreading on some good bread or, let's be honest, eating straight from the wheel when no one's looking.
