This Cacio e Pepe Butter contains a blend of our very own Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano for richness and complexity, and gourmet Sarawak peppercorns for a bold spice with subtle woody accents.
Ingredients:
Butter (milk, lactic culture), parmagiano regianno, pecorino romano, black pepper, sea salt, lemon zest, guar gum, natural preservative (cultured dextrose, maltodextrin, rosemary extract).
