A premium quality farmhouse cheddar cheese produced by Lye Cross Dairy in Somerset, cheesemakers since 1952. This cheese is matured for at least fourteen months under controlled conditions to produce a full bodied cheddar cheese with a strong and lingering flavour. Excellent as the melted cheese in any pasta dish, fondue or sandwich, and great for introduction to the world of cheddar for kids.
