Feta is a pickled curd cheese that has a salty and tangy taste enhanced by the brine solutionThe cheese is protected by EU legislations and only those cheeses manufactured in Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly, Central Mainland Greece, the Peloponnese and Lesvos can be called ‘feta’. This feta is kept in brine produced by 100% ewe's and goat’s milk of excellent quality through an absolutely natural and traditional progress.

The Cheese Shop recommends having feta served with some olive oil or olives and sprinkled with aromatic herbs such as oregano, it goes extremely well in salads as well.
