Made in small batches exclusively for a specialist affineur in the Alpine region of Savoie, this is a firm textured blue cheese similar to Cornish Blue, yet melts in the mouth. It initally has a light buttery taste but with a hint of stilton-esque steeliness and a unique meatiness as a subtle aftertaste.
