Abbaye de Tamie is a soft cheese made from unpasteurised cow's milk, similar in style to Reblochon and produced exclusively by the monls of Tamie Abbey, in the Savoie region of southeastern France. It has the same rich creamy flavour to Reblochon, but less nutty, more robust and earthier in taste. The monks use methane extracted from the cheese's whey to heat the Abbey.

The Cheese Shop recommends pairing this with a stronger white wine, such as Chardonnay or Riesling, or a lighter red wine, such as Merlot or Sangiovese.
