Wine description: A well drinkable, light late harvest wine. Ageing and fermentation was made in stainless steel tanks (reductive technology ) in order to keep fresh fruitiness. Vibrant gold colour. Very aromatic and floral characters of mango, pineapple, apricot and honey notes. Sweet tropical flavours are well balanced with bright acidity, elegant and refreshing.
The 2015 vintage: A hot and dry year, the sugar accumulated quickly in the grapes and the acidity remained superbly. It was a lovely vintage for dry wines which have good acidity and slightly higher alcohol. 2013 was also an outstanding year for aszú berries, and they were able to harvest concentrated aszú berries, so this year was particularly propitious for Aszú wines.
Recommended serving: Recommended with desserts, roast duck and game meals or with cheeses.
